Place sunroof wind deflector in front of opening with curved side facing back. 3. Center deflector (If you can't determine the center, place a small piece of masking tape along sunroof front opening just out of the way and measure for center and mark it with a pencil, and also find the center of the deflector using the same method this will allow you to align for proper alignment for installation.) 4. TEMPORARILY tape the clips to the sunroof flange (lip or trim ring that you will find in OEM factory-installed sunroofs). 5. Put one screw thru the hole in the deflector and on into the hole in the top of the clip. You will have to exert quite a bit of pressure on the deflector to get the screw to feed thru the hole this is entirely normal. 6. Screw thumbnut from below and slowly tighten, allowing the open end of clip to clamp on lo wer edge of sunroof opening. 7. Repeat steps on other side, but you should tighten each side just a little as you go and keep deflector centered
