Remove the tilt steering stalk with an adjustable (Crescent) wrench.
Locate and remove screws for lower and upper steering column cover.
Remove steering column cover.
Remove screws for multifunction switch.
Disconnect harness.

Reverse for installation.

Total time is 30 minutes labor or less.
