09 Gmc Sierra Chrome Grille Overlay

This is a great value add to your truck. It is very simple to install just snapping right over the existing black grill. It is very secure with no fear of coming off. It took me more time to unpack then to install. It makes a night and day difference in the front end appearance of my 09 GMC Sierra and keeps it a little different from the other style of grill upgrades that most are installing.
It came in just a couple of days with no problems with any damage during shipment. Only problem that I had was the instructions for the seperate piece that goes between the GMC logo which is held on with 2 sided tape. It tells you to use the primer on your existing grill before install the pc with the tape on it. They did not include the primer, so I just used denatured alcohol or rubbing alcohol to make sure that all wax, grease or bugs were removed. The last thing I want to lose is that little piece! One suggestion is to put a couple coats of wax on the Grille Overlay before installing. It is a lot easier to do on your lap then on the truck.
