side steps

Received in a few days , they installed easily but they sit to close to the frame of my toyota tacoma to put your foot on. I sent an email to westin with no reply back .

Fits Toyota Double Cab

I hardly ever write reviews but I felt it might help others who may have the same confusion I had when looking at this product. First, although only one bar is pictured, this indeed contains both bars and mounting brackets and bolts. Second, this will fit the Toyota Double Cab truck. For whatever reason, Amazon is calling the model '4 door crew cab'. Know that this is equivalent to the Double Cab.

I called Westin customer service to make sure that the product indeed had both bars and that it would fit the Double Cab model. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable and was also surprised that Amazon listed it as the crew cab. I waited less than a minute to get to a live person.

The bars came well packaged and the tag on the box confirmed that it was for the Double Cab. Installation was very easy: unscrew the little caps in the underside of the truck and mount the clearly labeled (stamped into the metal) brackets then install the step. Eve rything was done with one 13mm ratchet. I was able to install both steps by myself in about 30-40 minutes.
