Nice wheel, but needs a flat blank for horn button hole

I like the styling and feel of this wheel, but have it mounted to an adapter and quick disconnect. Since the adapter sits flush against the wheel, the horn button does not fit inside, leaving an open hole. A flat plate with the MOMO logo would be nice to use in applications like this.
